Placement, for applicants
- A test link with no student account, taken at school with staff present
- Math and language arts for applicants entering grades 3–8, designed for about 30–40 minutes per subject
- The same-day admissions report: placement scenario; a curriculum frame against your profile, printed as a range; a national comparison cell that reads “not available yet”; every gap named as a skill, with the error pattern named when the student’s answers show it more than once; a first-30-days support plan; and “not assessed here” notes
- The one-page debrief card for the family meeting, with the words to say
- A free retest when a subject was rushed or cut short, using different questions wherever the bank allows
- The shareable family summary
- The free Bridge Plan for any conditional-accept applicant
- The proctor script
- An admin dashboard with a season archive
Diagnostic, for enrolled students
The same instrument, for students already enrolled. A classroom teacher refers a student any time of year: “this student is lost and I don’t know where.” Output is the same report and the same free Bridge Plan, which a school with its own tutors or resource teacher hands straight to them.

Bridge Plan. The gap skills in teaching order, the named error patterns where the evidence supports one, suggested materials, rough hour estimates, weekly milestones, and the readiness retest. Works with any tutor. Never gated behind a purchase, at any tier.

Coming next: Bridge tutoring. Practice built on each child’s Bridge Plan, aimed at exactly the skills it names, that families or schools will be able to add. It is in development and not sold yet, and it will never be required.
We will not sell it until a teacher-blind check shows the retest that verifies it agrees with teachers, and until any AI service involved is under a written agreement with zero data retention and no training on student data.
Founding schools
Your first 3 applicants are free, with no card needed. Then the founding rate: $699/yr for Placement or $1,199/yr for Placement + Diagnostic, locked for as long as your school renews each year. Open to the first 10 schools, who use it on real applicants and tell us what works.
Two commitments that do not change with the tier
- Gap thresholds are versioned data, printed on every report, and never tuned for commercial reasons.
- Testing never requires buying intervention.
Your school’s records
Names and records stay with your school, and each school’s data is used only for that school: never combined with other schools’ data, never sold, never used for marketing.
Many schools already charge families a testing or application fee. If yours does, the platform can cost less than you collect.
